My experience was nothing but pleasant from start to finish. My entire family has gone to Dr. Romo because of his amazing work. The staff was always so friendly and helpful with making appointments or answer questions about the surgery or post operation information. Dr Romo was not only an amazing plastic surgeon but he was also very warm and kind. He did a beautiful job on my daughters rhinoplasty. She has very bad anxiety and he was very understanding. I underwent an endoscopic brow lift (for brow ptosis) and rhino/septoplasty with Dr. Romo last year after he came very highly recommended to me by an existing doctor of mine, and I have truly been overwhelmed by the level of care and compassion that he has extended to me every step of the way. He is ethical, professional and so very personable, that I can honestly say it felt like a family member was caring for me. He has gone above and beyond for me, which is quite a rarity in medicine nowadays.
