In this internationally recognized peer-reviewed journal, Dr. Romo describes his approach to primary reduction structured rhinoplasty that produces a more natural-looking nose with greater predictability for the long-term outcome. He also demonstrates his technique for revision rhinoplasty that shortens the healing time by limiting the morbidity of multiple donor graft sites. Dr. Romo illustrates a method for augmentation of the flatter, ethnic nose, which produces a safer and natural-looking nose on people of color, fitting the race and the face of the individual. These innovative facial plastic surgical techniques are the culmination of more than twenty years of researching, designing, publishing, and teaching facial plastic surgery procedures, both nationally and internationally.
